So heres my latest batch of images. They’re not master pieces, but none the less they are some images that I enjoyed capturing and believe you will enjoy as well. As I have already mentioned in a previous post, I’m no street photographer. My 2014 project is about collecting all my “street” images, if I can call then that, in one place and at the end of the year to pick some of the better images and decide what they best represent!
In this latest batch, I have one particular image that when I saw it developing in my viewfinder I knew it could make for a powerful image; if only I was closer. Anyway, I tried to utilize the wide angle lens as much as possible but in the end I think my only real choice, if I insist on using this image, is to heavily crop it, what are your thoughts?
Which do you think is the better image, the uncropped or the cropped version?
All nine images below were shot using the Fujifilm X-T1 and the following lenses: XF 56mm f/1.2R, XF 23mm f/1.4R and XF 18-55mm f/2.8-4.0. I save my images with EXIF intact, but the site here hosting the images seems to delete them, so I have added the exposure info for your convenience. Please feel free to comment on any of my images; I am open to constructive criticism.
